The top of our range is a red wine aged for about 2 years, including 1 year in french oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 one wine, 1/3 two wines).
L’Essentiel 2012 : This is our very first vintage certified “Vin Bio” (organic wine) ! Beautiful roundness and fruitiness. Very delicate wood notes highlight the intrinsic qualities of the wine.

L’Essentiel 2011 : The year is less exceptional than the previous! But we still find high quality fruit and matter in this Essentiel.
